Now hiring, fully remote
Client Success Manager
About the role
Base salary plus commission. Fully remote. And a client success function you would build from the ground up.
Practice Partners helps licensed therapists build private pay practices. We run their Meta ads, write their scripts, edit their videos, build their landing pages and automations, and coach them through the sales side. Over 150 therapists in four years, and we are growing fast.
What you would actually do
You own the client relationship for the full six month program, from onboarding all the way through renewal.
- Run recurring strategy calls with every client on your book, plus async support in between
- Build and adjust each client's marketing direction alongside our media buying team
- Coach them through recording their video content, with real feedback on delivery and what needs a redo
- Keep them moving. Content recorded, calendars open, materials approved, launch dates hit
- Teach the sales side. Consult structure, follow up speed, objection handling
- Get on the phone when something is not working and turn frustration into a plan instead of a cancellation
- Spot at risk accounts early and fix them before they become cancellations
- Drive the renewal conversation at month six
What you need
- Experience owning client relationships at an agency, SaaS, coaching, or consulting company
- A retention or renewal track record you can speak to with real numbers
- Working knowledge of Meta ads. Not a media buyer, but able to hold a real conversation about performance
- Sales experience, or coaching experience where you taught other people to sell
- Very organized, because you will be tracking a lot of moving pieces across a lot of accounts
- Reliable internet, a quiet space, and strong overlap with US business hours
Who this suits
Our clients are therapists. Smart, thoughtful, accomplished, and often anxious about marketing themselves. When things feel uncertain they need someone calm and direct, not someone who agrees with everything they say.
If you are good with people like that, you will do well here.
Why this role is worth taking
You would be building the client success function here, not inheriting someone else's playbook. The processes you create become how we do this at scale.
We are early, we are growing quickly, and we want someone who takes this on now, gets very good at it, and moves into a bigger role as we expand.
This is not an entry level seat and it comes with a real workload. We are looking for someone who wants that.
